Mogadishu, Somalia – A delegation of officers from the Turkish Special Forces arrived in Mogadishu for a visit to the General Farhan Mohamoud Qaroole Haramcad Camp. The visit shows ongoing efforts to strengthen security ties and enhance cooperation between the special forces units of Turkey and Somalia.
During their time at the camp, the Turkish delegation engaged in a productive meeting with the Commander of the Somali Special Forces, Abdihakiin Eeldheer. Discussions centered on key areas of mutual interest, including the enhancement of training programs, the exchange of operational experiences, and strategies to further develop the capabilities of the Somali special forces.
Commander Abdihakiin Eeldheer expressed his gratitude to the visiting Turkish delegation, highlighting the significance of their presence. He noted that the meeting serves as a clear indicator of the deepening relationship and collaborative spirit between the two nations’ elite military units.
