Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Speaker of the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Somalia and the Acting President, H.E Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nur (Madobe) had a meeting with the Commanders of the Somali Army, Gen. Ibrahim Sheikh Muhyadin Addow, Somali Police Force, Gen. Sulub Ahmed Firin, Custodial Corps, Gen. Mahad Abdirahman Adan and the Director of NISA, Mahad Salad to discuss the security situations of the country and particularly of the capital.
The Speaker was briefed by the Somali National Army Commander on the situation of the fight against the terrorist militants and the huge victories they have achieved to liberate several areas.
Speaker Madobe was also told of the killing situation that has happened in Mogadishu and Qoryoley recently by the Commander of the Somali Police Force.
The Chairman of the Parliament ordered the security forces to bring the criminals to justice and said that these heinous acts do not have roots in our culture or religion and that they shall face the full force of justice.
