The opening ceremony, held at Farah Omar Secondary School in Hargeisa, brought together students, teachers, supervisors, and education officials. In his remarks, President Cirro emphasized the foundational role of education in nation-building and long-term development.

He praised the students for their hard work and determination, encouraging them to approach the exams with honesty, confidence, and a strong commitment to academic integrity throughout the examination period.
