Mogadishu-(SONNA) The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Mr. Abdisaid Muse Ali, received on Sunday in Mogadishu a German delegation led by Dr. Thorsten Hutter, Head of the East Africa Division at the German Foreign Office, accompanied by the Head of the East Africa Division of the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, Mr. Marcus von Essen.
The meeting, which was attended by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Amb. Mohamed Ali-nur Hagi discussed the bilateral relations linking Somalia with Germany, and the keenness to strengthen them in all areas of cooperation to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries and peoples. The two sides also discussed the latest regional and international developments and several issues of common interest.
