Geneva(SONNA)-Khadro Mohamed Dualle, Somalia’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva, highlighted Somalia’s commitment to advancing human rights and strengthening cooperation with international partners during remarks at the United Nations Human Rights Council.
Ambassador Dualle said the Federal Government of Somalia continues to implement reforms aimed at improving governance, protecting human rights, and promoting inclusive development across the country.
She noted that Somalia values constructive dialogue and collaboration with member states and international institutions, emphasizing that such partnerships are essential to supporting the country’s ongoing recovery and institutional development.
The ambassador reaffirmed Somalia’s commitment to working closely with the United Nations and global partners to promote peace, stability, and sustainable development.
