Makkah, (SONNA) – Somalia has been ranked fourth among the best-performing countries in serving Hajj pilgrims this year, according to the Minister of Endorsements and Islamic Affairs, Sheikh Mukhtar Robow Ali.
The announcement was made by Minister Robow in Makkah, where he emphasized that the recognition was the result of significant efforts by the Ministry of Endorsements and Islamic Affairs, in collaboration with senior national leadership.
“We have been recognized among the top countries that provided exceptional services to pilgrims. We received an award in acknowledgment of this,” said Minister Robow, adding that the achievement reflects the growing progress and positive transformation in the services offered to Somali pilgrims.
He further noted that the award is a source of pride for the entire Somali nation, as it highlights Somalia’s important role in ensuring the welfare and care of its Hajj pilgrims.
