Mogadishu(SONNA)-The Federal Republic of Somalia on Saturday expressed grief and offered condolence to Turkey Government after powerful earthquake hit Izmir city on the Turkish Aegean on Friday, and killed 25 people and injured over 800 others, SONNA reported.
Somali Presidennt, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo expressed his solidarity with Turkish President, Recep Tayip Edogan and his people on the tragic event.
“My thoughts and prayers go out to the families and survivors of #İzmir earthquake and H.E President @RTErdogan following today’s tragic event. We share the shocks of the tremor and the tears with the Republic of #Turkey and remain in solidarity with you as you salvage the situation”, President Farmajo said in twitter post.
