Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Parliament of the Federal Republic of Somalia conducted the second reading of the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) bill.
The bill, drafted by the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation, represents a crucial step toward establishing a modern and reliable system for recording births, deaths, marriages, and other vital events in Somalia.
