Mogadishu, Somalia – The Minister of Internal Security of the Federal Government of Somalia, General Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail (Fartaag), today participated in a significant conference held at the Office of the Presidential National Security Adviser in Mogadishu.
The conference brought together a diverse range of stakeholders, including representatives from various agencies of the Federal Government of Somalia, the African Union Support and Stabilization Mission in Somalia (AUSSOM), and the United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS).
The primary objective of the meeting was to engage in discussions focused on accelerating the ongoing AUSSOM mission in Somalia. Participants also aimed to identify and strengthen avenues for cooperation among the various entities working towards enhancing security and stability within the country.
