Mogadishu(SONNA)-The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Amb. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi Ahmed, received on Saturday in his office at the Ministry in the capital Mogadishu a copy of the credentials of the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Mr. Wang Yu .
During the meeting, Minister Fiqi congratulated Ambassador Wang Yu on his appointment, expressing Somalia’s appreciation for China’s support and emphasizing the importance of strengthening ties in economic development, infrastructure, and capacity-building, as well as voicing optimism for expanded cooperation in trade, education, and technology.
