Mogadishu, SONNA)-: The Commissioner of the Somali National Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA) Mr. Mohamud Moallim Abdulle, met with Chinese Ambassador to Somalia Fei Shengchao today at the Chinese Embassy in Mogadishu.
The two officials discussed issues related to relief and resilience in the face of natural disasters.
During the meeting, Commissioner Abdulle expressed his gratitude to Ambassador Shengchao for China’s support of the Somali people during the recent drought.
He also thanked the Chinese government for their continued commitment to assisting Somalia.
In response, Ambassador Shengchao pledged that China will always stand by the Somali people and continue to provide support in times of need.
