Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Isaak Mohamud Mursal, received, on Sunday in Mogadishu, the Deputy Director General for Operations at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Ms. Ugochi Daniels, and discussed with her the cooperation between Somalia and IOM.
The discussions focused on enhancing collaboration between Somalia and IOM in key areas such as humanitarian response, recovery, preparedness, and climate change adaptation.
During her visit, Ms. Daniels is scheduled to meet with several ministers and senior government officials to further strengthen partnership and coordination on development and humanitarian initiatives.
