Mogadishu(SONNA)-Somali Ambassador to China, Awale Ali Kullane on Sunday urged Chinese enterprises to invest and explore the business map in Somalia while virtually attending the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation between two companies there.
Mr. kullane congratulated the Signing Ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area (GBA) International Energy Exchange center and Ali Cloud, a subsidiary of Alibaba.
“Somalia has best geostrategic location, which is positioned in the Horn of Africa, ideally located at the crossroad, not only to trade routes but to the gateway of the whole Africa”, Mr. Awale said.
He also said When digital technology empowers the traditional energy industry, it can unleash unlimited potential.
“We warmly welcome the high-tech and capable enterprises such as Ali Cloud to invest and explore the business map in Somalia.”
