Mogadishu, 09-1-2024: The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA) has provided medical assistance to Madina Hospital and Janale area in the Lower Shabelle region, where people are facing a humanitarian crisis.
In collaboration with the International Medical Corps (IMC), SoDMA delivered a shipment of medicine and medical equipment to Madina Hospital, one of the largest health facilities in the area. The aid consignment is intended to serve the patients in need of urgent medical care.
SoDMA also sent a donation of medicine to the Janale area, which has been affected by floods, droughts, and insecurity. The agency said it is committed to supporting the vulnerable communities and enhancing their resilience.
