Mogadishu, SONNA – The Speaker of the Upper House of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, H.E. Abdi Hashi Abdullahi, held a cordial meeting with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Somalia, H.E. Wang Yu, during which the Ambassador extended warm congratulations on the occasion of Somalia’s 65th Independence Anniversary.
The meeting featured a productive discussion on the growing strategic partnership between Somalia and China. Ambassador Wang Yu briefed Speaker Abdi Hashi on the latest developments in bilateral cooperation, including ongoing initiatives aimed at promoting development and strengthening diplomatic engagement.
