Laascaanood, (SONNA) – The Minister of Security of the Federal Government of Somalia, Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail (Fartaag), and Somali Police Force Commissioner, Major General Asad Osman Abdullahi, conducted an official inspection visit to the SSC-Khaatumo Police Command in Laascaanood.
They were received by Khaatumo’s Minister of Security, Ibrahim Jama, SSC-Khaatumo Police Commander, Major General Siyad Mahmoud, and other senior officers. During the visit, local security leaders briefed the delegation on ongoing efforts to maintain stability in the region, protect the lives and property of Somali citizens, and uphold the laws and codes of conduct of the Somali Police Force.
The visit is part of a broader initiative by the Federal Government to strengthen security coordination and support law enforcement institutions across all regions, including SSC-Khaatumo.
