Qatar voiced its strong condemnation of an explosion at a police station in the Somali city of Beledweyne, which left two dead and injured several others.
In a statement Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar’s firm position on rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of motives and reasons.
The ministry expressed Qatar’s condolences to the families of the victims, and to the government and people of Somalia, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
