Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre appointed the committee for the national funeral for the former Speaker of Somalia, Prof. Mohamed Osman Jawari who passed away yesterday in Mogadishu, may he rest in peace.
The committee includes:-
1. Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation; Mr. Mohamed Abdi Hayir Maareye. – Chairman
2. Minister of Internal Security, Mr. Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail Fartaag – Member
3. Minister of Animal Husbandry, Mr. Hassan Hussein Mohamed Elaay – Member
4. Minister of Investment Planning and Economic Development, Mr. Mohamud Sheikh Abdirahman Beenebeene – Member
5. Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Mohamed Barre Mohamud – Member
6. State Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office, Mr. Hirsi Jama Gani – Member
7. Deputy Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr. Abdirahman Sheikh Yusuf Al-Adala – Member
8. Police Commissioner – General Sulub Ahmed Firin – Member
9. Commander of the Custodial Corps – General Mahad Abdirahman Adan – Member
10. Auditor of the People’s Assembly, Mr. Mohamed Abdullahi Hassan Nuh – Member
