New York, (SONNA) — The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud participated in the opening of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Later, the President will address the Assembly on the country’s progress in combating terrorism, advancing economic reforms, consolidating state-building efforts, and implementing direct elections.
