Mogadishu, SONNA – The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, chaired an extraordinary meeting of the National Anti-Money Laundering Committee today, emphasizing swift actions against money laundering and terrorist financing.
During the session, the President directed security agencies to implement strict measures to curb financial exploitation by terrorists, ensuring the protection of citizens and their property.
President Mohamud underscored the government’s commitment to holding accountable those financing terrorism, stressing that offenders will face justice and the full weight of the law.
