Mogadishu, Somalia – President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, the president of the Federal Republic of Somalia, officially opened the 7th Judicial Conference today. This important event marks a significant step forward in the ongoing development and enhancement of Somalia’s judicial system.

He reaffirmed the government’s dedication to building a modern, efficient judicial system grounded in Islamic law. Key measures to achieve this include establishing a Constitutional Court, increasing the budget for judicial institutions, and expanding the country’s judicial services.
