Dar es Salaam, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, has arrived in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, to participate in the Africa Energy Summit, Mission 300, which officially commenced today.
The summit focuses on Accelerating Access to Sustainable Energy in Alignment with Development Goals. It brings together high-level African leaders, international development organizations, private sector representatives, and energy experts to discuss solutions to the continent’s energy challenges.
President Mohamud is expected to present Somalia’s vision and strategic plans for advancing the energy sector, emphasizing the importance of fostering both regional and international collaboration. The government’s approach aims to harness energy opportunities to drive sustainable development across the nation.
