Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has expressed heartfelt condolences to the family, relatives, and the Somali people on the passing of Luul Jeylaani Ali, a beloved member of the Somali National Artists.
The President described the late Luul Jeylaani as a distinguished artist who played a vital role in Somali art and culture. Throughout her career in creativity and poetry, she dedicated her efforts to promoting patriotism, peace, and unity among the Somali people.
President Hassan Sheikh prayed for Allah’s mercy upon the late Luul Jeylaani Ali, asking that her abode be Jannatul Firdaws, and for patience and faith for her family and the Somali art community during this difficult time.
