Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre, received a delegation from the Sultanate of Oman led by the Minister of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, Eng. Saeed Bin Hamood Bin Saeed Al-Maawali.
The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation between the two countries in the areas of trade development, investment, and technology.
The Prime Minister shared with the delegation from Oman the progress Somalia has achieved and the investment opportunities available, which are beneficial to both countries.
In response, the Omani Minister of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, Eng. Saeed Bin Hamood Bin Saeed Al-Maawali, expressed his gratitude to the Somali leaders and people for the warm welcome extended to him and his delegation. He praised the Federal Government of Somalia for its achievements in security, counter-terrorism, and economic infrastructure development.
