Mogadishu, (SONNA) – On Sunday, H.E. Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre of the Federal Government of Somalia, chaired special meeting on boosting production and improving infrastructures in the country as part of the government’s initiative to modernize Somalia’s governance.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the line Ministries working together to achieve economic self-sufficiency. He urged close collaboration and link up among the ministries to effectively achieve the government’s economic goals for Somalia.
A report on the strategic program of the African Development Bank and the national transformation plan were presented in the meeting. The relevant ministries deliberated ways to align their efforts with these plans to drive economic growth and development in Somalia.
