Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Permanent Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), Mr. Kamal Dahir Guutaale, chaired a significant meeting focused on accelerating government operations, discussing the Government Operations Framework, and the restructuring of government institutions, based on the National Transformation Plan (NTP) 2025-2029.
The meeting, which was attended by Directors General and managers from various government agencies, also involved an analysis of the operational plan for restructuring government bodies and the alignment of Civil Service Grades.
