MOGADISHU, SOMALIA (SONNA) – Three years after the devastating terror attack of October 29 (Zoobe 2), the National Response Committee for the tragedy convened today at the headquarters of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA). The committee agreed to significantly reinforce its ongoing support for the victims.
The 2022 attack tragically targeted civilians near the Zoobe junction and the Ministry of Education headquarters, resulting in numerous innocent casualties.
During the meeting, the committee made a specific decision to prioritize aid for the orphans and children who lost their parents in the bombing, aiming to alleviate the hardship and burden resulting from the disaster.
