Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Environment and Climate Change of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Khadija Mohamed Al-Makhzoumi joined by officials of the Ministry hit the streets of Mogadishu to raise awareness on the harmful impacts of the single-use plastic bags
The campaign to raise awareness about the harmful impacts of single-use plastics will last for three-days.
“We’re coming together as a community to protect our environment and build a sustainable future. Join us in saying NO to plastic bags and other single-use plastics! Let’s make a difference together,” the Minister said.
