Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Petroleum and Minerals of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Daahir Shire Mohamed, visited Di Martino Hospital in Mogadishu to meet with wounded members of the Macawiisley community defence forces who were injured in ongoing operations against the Khawarij militants.
The purpose of the Minister’s visit was to assess the condition of the wounded heroes and to personally express support on behalf of the government. He met with each of the injured fighters and held discussions with the hospital’s senior management, receiving a detailed briefing on their medical conditions and the services provided.
Minister Daahir extended his heartfelt wishes for their swift recovery and reaffirmed that the Somali government and its people stand in full solidarity with them. He assured the fighters that they will receive complete and continuous medical care as part of the nation’s commitment to those defending the country.
