Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Minister of Health and Social Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Dr. Ali Haji Adam has handed over a vital consignment of medical supplies to the Somali National Armed Forces and local community defense units participating in ongoing operations against the terrorist militants in parts of the Hiraan region.
The donation was formally presented to MP Mohamed Abduqadir, who represented lawmakers from the frontline areas. The supplies are intended to support the brave soldiers and local fighters engaged in critical security operations aimed at eliminating extremist threats and restoring stability.
Dr. Adam emphasized that the aid package is a crucial contribution to the health and well-being of the troops risking their lives in defense of the nation. He reiterated the Ministry’s commitment to ensuring that frontline forces have access to essential healthcare support, which is vital to sustaining security gains.
