Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Abdisalan Abdi Ali Dhaay, officially received a copy of the credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Somalia, H.E. Charles King, during a meeting held in Mogadishu on Saturday.
Minister Abdisalan warmly welcomed the British Ambassador and extended his best wishes for a successful diplomatic mission in Somalia. He expressed optimism about strengthening the longstanding partnership and cooperation between the two friendly nations.
The meeting reaffirmed both countries’ commitment to deepening bilateral relations across various sectors, including development, security, and trade.
