Mogadishu (SONNA) – Mr. Bashir Mohamed Jama, the Minister of the Ministry of Family and Human Rights of the Federal Government of Somalia, is currently participating in the annual international conference on family development in Doha, Qatar. The two-day conference will cover a range of topics including family development, technology, vulnerable communities, migration, cities, and climate resilience.
Minister Bashir and his delegation will engage with leaders and various organizations in Qatar to discuss enhancing cooperation in the areas of human rights, family welfare, and children’s safety. Additionally, they aim to strengthen effective projects supported by the Qatari government in Somalia.
The conference provides an opportunity for the Somali delegation to exchange ideas and strategies with international counterparts, fostering collaboration and innovation in key areas of family and human rights development.
