Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Governor of the Banadir Region and Mayor of Mogadishu, H.E. Dr. Hassan Mohamed Hussein (Muungaab), chaired a high-level meeting today at the headquarters of the Mogadishu Municipality to review and accelerate ongoing efforts to strengthen the security of the capital.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Governor for Security and Politics, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Diriye (Yabooh), and featured detailed briefings from senior officials of the Banadir Regional Police Command, the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), and the Military Police.
Mayor Muungaab commended the tireless efforts of the security agencies in maintaining peace and stability across Mogadishu. He urged continued collaboration and called for the swift implementation of enhanced security measures to ensure the safety of all residents.
