Mogadishu – The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Macallin Mahmoud, this afternoon attended a forum organized by the Benadir Civic Awareness Platform (BBB), focused on community mobilization around security and development.
Held in Mogadishu, the event brought together various segments of Benadir’s society to discuss ways to enhance public awareness and engagement on critical national issues.
Minister Hassan praised the active role played by Mogadishu residents in the recent voter registration process, highlighting the importance of strengthening public involvement in security, social cohesion, and the implementation of democratic principles.
He also expressed appreciation to the Benadir Civic Awareness Platform for its proactive efforts in educating the public and advancing inclusive participation in state-building processes.
