Information Ministry holds one day discussion on Tourism Sector

Mogadishu(SONNA) Acting Minister of information, Culture and Tourism of the Federal Government of Somalia H.E Mohamed Abdi Hayir(Mareeye) opened and attended a day discussion on enhancing national tourism in Mogadishu, today on Monday, SONNA reported.
The event was attended by the Director General of the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, Abdirahman Yussuf Al-Adala and other officials from the Ministry and civil society groups.
Information Minister, Mohamed Abdi Hayir stated that the discussion panel was a one-Day Event designed to develop and revive the tourism sector.
“We commend all tourist sites in the country and we are working to improve tourism sector. As a ministry, we encourage tourism activities in the country”, Mr. Abdi said.
