Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The President of Hirshabelle State of Somalia, H.E. Ali Abdullahi Hussein (Ali Gudlawe), paid a morale-boosting visit to government forces and community-based resistance fighters in the frontline area of War-Gaadhi, where operations against al-Shabaab militants are ongoing.
During the visit, President Gudlawe held strategic discussions with field commanders and commended the bravery and sacrifices of the troops fighting on the frontlines. He lauded the recent battlefield victories in which al-Shabaab militants suffered significant losses.
President Gudlawe emphasized that the unified offensive campaign across Hirshabelle aims to completely eliminate the remaining militant presence in the region. He called on citizens to maintain unity and determination in support of national security efforts.
The President also extended condolences to the families of fallen heroes who gave their lives in defense of peace and freedom in Hirshabelle, reaffirming the government’s commitment to honoring their sacrifice.
