Beledweyne, Somalia – Traditional elders from Beledweyne town today delivered a vital donation of aid to the administration of Moqokori District in the Hiran region.
The contribution, which included three camels and a truckload of food supplies, was warmly received by Moqokori District Commissioner Mohamed Abdi Mocoow, alongside military officers and other esteemed elders.
This donation is a crucial part of broader efforts to bolster and encourage the Hirshabelle forces currently engaged on the front lines. These forces are actively working to dislodge and eliminate Khawarij militant groups who have been operating and hiding within various areas of Hirshabelle. The aid aims to support the morale and logistical needs of the troops as they continue their operations to bring peace and stability to the region.
