Government officials, Members of Parliament, prominent societal organizations, educational institutions, and other government representatives recently conducted an inspection visit to the General Kaahiye police academy, where the marking process for the 8th-grade exams is currently underway. The purpose of the inspection was to observe and assess the progress and implementation of the examination procedures for the 2022-2023 academic year, conducted by the Benadir Regional Administration.

The officials’ visit aimed to ensure the transparency and fairness of the examination process and reaffirm their commitment to upholding the educational standards in the region. By overseeing the examination administration within the examination office, they intended to provide valuable feedback to improve the overall quality and credibility of the examination system.

During the inspection, the officials closely observed the marking process, evaluated the adherence to examination guidelines, and assessed the overall efficiency and accuracy of the examiners. Their presence served as a crucial step in reinforcing the public’s trust in the examination system.

The Director of Education for the Benadir Regional Administration expressed his dedication to maintaining a fair and transparent examination process that reflects the aspirations of the Somali society. He emphasized the importance of providing equal opportunities for all students and ensuring that their hard work and academic achievements are recognized and rewarded.

The inspection visit allowed the officials to engage with the staff involved in the marking process, exchange ideas, and address any concerns or challenges that might have arisen. By fostering this collaborative approach, the Benadir Regional Administration aims to continuously improve the examination system and address any potential loopholes or shortcomings.
