Dhusamareb (SONNA) – The Galgaduud Regional Appeal Court in Galmudug on Sunday delivered final rulings against three men accused of murdering a mother and her three daughters in an incident that occurred in an area near Qaayib.
The court sentenced Cabdi Cismaan Cabdullaahi and Gallad Axmed Xuseen to death by firing squad, while Ayuub Maxamed Cabdi received a five-year prison term.
The verdict followed extensive hearings that included arguments from defense lawyers, evidence presented by the prosecution, and testimonies from witnesses.
The court stated that the judgment aims to uphold justice for the victims’ family and the people of Galmudug.
