Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, today received a copy of the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to Somalia, H.E. Moravia Peralta Hernandez.
The ceremony took place at the Ministry’s headquarters in Mogadishu, where Minister Abdisalam warmly welcomed Ambassador Hernandez and wished her success in her diplomatic mission. He emphasized the importance of strengthening the longstanding friendship and mutual respect between Somalia and Venezuela.
The Minister also underscored the need to deepen bilateral cooperation and promote productive partnerships that advance shared interests. He reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to supporting the ambassador’s efforts to enhance collaboration across key sectors that benefit both nations.
