Mogadishu (SONNA)-An number of 31 fishermen were taken to court in Galmudug Regional State where they were illegally fishing off the coast between Hobyo and Harardhere towns, SONNA reported.
The Court has fined the fishermen each $700 US Dollars as it has said it was not permitted for them to do fishing in that region.
Eight of them were children according to the reports.
The Security Personnel in Hobyo District conducted operations and managed to capture the fishermen.
