Foreign Affairs Minister represents Somalia at the 173rd General Assembly of BIE

Mogadishu, (SONNA) – International des Expositions (BIE) held in Paris, France Somalia’s participation reflects increasing involvement on the stage. The BIE, an organization responsible for overseeing World Expos gathers world leaders to discuss and plan future Expos fostering collaboration and cultural exchange among nations. Minister Abshir Omar Jama’s presence at this assembly highlights Somalia’s commitment to cooperation and cultural diplomacy.

 During the event Minister Abshir Omar Jama engaged with leaders from around the world emphasizing Somalia’s dedication to development and cultural exchange. He expressed that this platform provides an opportunity for Somalia to share its perspectives and gain insights from the community. Minister Jama emphasized that Somalia is enthusiastic about utilizing platforms to showcase its vibrant cultural heritage and contribute meaningfully to global discussions.
