Beijing, (SONNA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Ahmed Moallim Fiqi attended the Forum in China-Africa Cooperation’s (FOCAC) Ministerial Meeting held in Beijing, China.
The meeting, inaugurated by African Foreign and Trade Ministers alongside China, focused on the approval of the 2025-2027 Action Plan.
The Minister attended together with the Minister of Commerce and Industry, H.E Jibril Abdirashid Haji.
“Thrilled to have participated in the 9th Ministerial Conference of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa. Somalia is strengthening its economic ties with China, paving the way for expanded trade opportunities that will drive Somalia’s growth and development,” Minister Jibril said.
