Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Minister of Defence of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, has extended his congratulations to the Somali Air Force on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of its establishment, commemorated today.
The Minister particularly commended the Somali Air Force for its vital role in national defence, supporting counter-terrorism operations, conducting emergency rescue missions, and contributing to broader security and stabilisation efforts. He also praised the courage, professionalism, and constant readiness demonstrated by Air Force personnel in safeguarding the nation.
