In 2023, total operational costs were estimated at USD 5.75 million, rising to USD 6.01 million in 2024. Despite reduced outpatient numbers due to reporting changes, core services like maternal care, NICU, and SAM admissions remained high or increased. The report also outlines major improvements, including a new trauma center, expanded surgical capacity, and infrastructure upgrades.
