Mogadishu, (SONNA) – Bicameral lawmakers, led by the Deputy Speaker of the House of People, Abdullahi Abshirow, are participating in the 147th bi-annual Inter-Parliamentary Union Assembly in Luanda, Angola.
The meeting which is attended by parliamentarians from a hundred and twenty countries and will continue until the 27th of October was officially opened by the president of Angola, HE João Manuel Lourenço.
The Secretary General of the Somali Parliament also accompanied the officials at the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
