MOGADISHU, Somalia – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, held a telephone conversation with the newly appointed Foreign Minister of the State of Kuwait, H.E. Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. The call served as a formal diplomatic gesture to welcome the Kuwaiti official to his new role and set the tone for future cooperation.
During the discussion, Minister Abdisalam extended his warm congratulations to Sheikh Jarrah on his appointment.
