Mogadishu(SONNA)-Supreme Military Court of Somalia on Saturday sentenced Dahir Ali Osman to death after finding him guilty of being behind the killing of Hussein Hassan Molgale who was a chief of Mareray village near Afgoye district in lower Shabelle region on March this year.
The court also ordered the release of Abdullahi Ali Osman who was arrested in connection of the above murder case according to the persecutors of the court.
Chairperson of the Supreme Military Court, Liban Ali Yarow told reporters about the conclusion and result of the case, agreeing to the judgement reached by the first-military rank court earlier.
