Mogadishu (SONNA):-Former Somali Prime Minister of the Transitional Federal Government, Nur Hassan Hussein ‘Nur Adde’ on Wednesday died of Coronavirus at Kings College hospital in London, SONNA reported.
His family members confirmed the death to the Somali National News Agency and he would be buried in the same city in the days ahead, in accordance with Sharia law.
The deceased served as Prime Minister between November 2007 until February 2009.
Prime Minister of Somalia, Hassan Ali Kheyre expressed sorrow over the death of former Prime Minister, Nur Hassan Hussein today.
” We send our condolence message to the Somali people, in particular, families and friends of former Somali Prime Minister, Nur Hassan Hussein who passed away in UK, We wish his soul rest in peace”, Mr. Kheyre said.
