Mogadishu (SONNA)-The body of the former prime minister of Somalia Hassan Abshir Farah just arrived at Aden Adde international airport in Mogadishu, where he was received by national delegates, SONNA reported.
The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Speaker of the Federal Parliament, the Deputy Prime Minister, former Presidents, and members of the Parliament attended the funeral prayers, which the burial ceremony is scheduled to take place in Garowe.
Arrangements are underway in Garowe for the burial of the former Prime Minister Hassan Abshir, with the participation of the prime minister of Federal Government of Somalia Hassan Ali khaire and head of state governments.
The deceased served as prime minister in the federal government of Somalia and has been ill for some time, in Ankara, Turkey.
